Executive summaryOn 7 June 2021, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan published Regulations No. (40) of 2021 in the Official Gazette. The Regulations introduce, for the first time in Jordan, transfer pricing (TP) rules that will apply from 7 July 2021.
