According to a recent update from the Isle of Man government, the entry into force of the competent authority agreement signed with Gibraltar on the exchange of CbC reports is confirmed. As previously reported, the agreement was signed by the Isle of Man on 25 November 2020 and by Gibraltar on 28 November 2020 and provides for the reciprocal automatic exchange of CbC reports received by each competent authority with respect to fiscal years of MNE Groups commencing on or after 1 January 2019.
