The Isle of Man Minister for the Treasury Alfred Cannan delivered the 2019-20 Budget on 19 February 2018. The main tax-related aspects as summarized in the budget "Pink Book" are as follows: Individual Tax For 2019-20, the lower rate of income tax remains at 10% and the higher rate at 20%. The threshold up to which the lower rate of income tax applies remains at IMP (GBP) 6,500 for a single person and IMP 13,000 for a jointly assessed couple. The Personal Allowance will increase to IMP 14,000 for a resident individual or IMP 28,000 for a jointly assessed couple....
