Indonesia has published Presidential Regulation No. 74, which was signed on 2 July 2020 and provides for the ratification of the pending income tax treaty with Cambodia. The treaty, signed 13 October 2017, is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force once the ratification instruments are exchanged and will apply from 1 January of the year following its entry into force.
