The Indian Prime Minister has published the Action Plan (2024-2028) for the Implementation of the India-Poland Strategic Partnership. Among other things, the plan includes that both sides will work together to implement a social security agreement and will make efforts to complete their respective internal legal procedures in this regard. Any resulting agreement would be the first of its kind between the two countries and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
