The US Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has released drafts of IRS Forms W-8BEN (Certificate of Foreign Status of Beneficial Owner for United States Tax Withholding (Individuals))and W-8BEN-E (Certificate of Status of Beneficial Owner for United States Tax Withholding (Entities)).
