The Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department has announced the publication of subsidiary legislation for open-ended fund companies. --- The Government and the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) published in the Gazette today (May 18) three pieces of subsidiary legislation to enable the implementation of the open-ended fund company (OFC) regime.
