The Guernsey Revenue Service has published an updated version of the Guidelines for requesting Mutual Agreement Procedure (MAP) assistance in Guernsey, which is dated 12 February 2024. The latest version is Issue 8 of the guidelines and includes guidance on, among other things, making a MAP request, eligibility for MAP requests in Guernsey, time limits for requesting MAP, the MAP process, the conclusion of a MAP case.
