Guernsey has published the ordinance for the ratification of the pending tax information exchange agreement with Anguilla, which was approved by the States of Deliberation on 17 June 2020. The agreement, signed by Guernsey on 13 February 2020 and by Anguilla on 19 February 2020, is the first of its kind between the two jurisdictions and will enter into force on the first day of the second month after the ratification instruments are exchanged.
