According to recent reports, the Greek Minister of Finance presented a draft bill to the Cabinet on 30 June 2020 for the implementation of Council Directive (EU) 2018/822 on reportable cross-border arrangements (DAC6) and Council Directive (EU) 2017/1852 on tax dispute resolution. The timing of the implementation of both Directives is uncertain, although with respect to DAC6, it is expected that optional deferral approved by the European Council will be adopted. Details of the implementation will be published once available.
