The Greek Ministry of Finance has decided to provide a further extension of the deadline for the submission of income tax returns for both natural persons and legal entities due to the difficulties arising in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic and resulting measures. The extension provides that returns in respect of the 2019 tax year are due by 28 August 2020 instead of the standard 30 June deadline (previous extension was to 29 July 2020).
