On 5 February 2021, the Greek parliament approved a law providing for an extension of the tax return deadline for foreign residents to 30 June 2021, with penalty relief. The deadline was previously set at 26 February 2021. In addition, the law provides for a reduction in the VAT on admission tickets for zoos to 13% until 31 December 2021 and an exemption from the special solidarity contribution on agricultural aid and subsidies granted to farmers for 2020.
