The government of Gibraltar is reportedly planning to terminate the tax agreement with Spain if it is not removed from Spain's list of non-cooperative jurisdictions. Gibraltar has been listed in Spain's tax haven list and remains listed in Spain's new non-cooperative jurisdiction list, which is currently under consultation (previous coverage).
