The Government of Gibraltar has published the competent authority arrangement on the exchange of Country-by-Country (CbC) reports signed with the United States. The arrangement is operative (effective) from the date it was signed. The signature date is not provided in the arrangement, although based on a prior update from the U.S. IRS, the arrangement was signed 19 December 2018 or earlier.
