On March 19th, 2014, the Georgian Parliament approved for ratification the tax treaty between Georgia and Sweden. The treaty was originally signed in November 2013, and includes the following withholding rates: Dividends - 0% when paid to company holding at least 10% of the paying company's capital, otherwise 10% Interest - 0% Royalties - 0% The treaty will enter into force after the exchange of ratification instruments and will apply from January 1st of the year following its entry into force.
