Gabon's tax authority reportedly issued a communique on 30 April 2021 providing an extension for taxpayers to submit the corporate tax return and transfer pricing documentation for the 2020 tax year from the standard 30 April deadline to 31 May 2021. The deadline for final payment, however, was not extended.
