Panama's Ministry of Foreign Affairs has announced that officials from France and Panama met on 19 August 2019 to discuss various issues, including fiscal transparency. In this regard, it was decided that a Franco-Panamanian working group on cooperation in fiscal transparency would be created and a declaration of intent was signed on the creation of the group.
