The French Center for European and International Social Security Relations has announced that French and Monegasque authorities have agreed to extend, from 31 December 2022 until 30 June 2023, the system for teleworking under the 2014 France-Monaco social security agreement. The system, established by the 2014 protocol to the agreement, provides that teleworkers residing in France, as defined in the protocol, will be subject to Monaco social security legislation for the duration of the workers' activity if working for a Monaco-based company.
