The French Ministry of Economy and Finance has announced that, it has been decided to delay the introduction of a single VAT exemption threshold of EUR 25,000 in turnover for all businesses until 2026. The change was originally to apply from 1 March 2025 under the Finance Law for 2025 and was previously delayed to 1 June 2025. Further decisions on the change will be made as part of the Finance Law for 2026.
