The European Commission published a revised draft of the Commission Implementing Regulation laying down a common template and electronic reporting formats for Public Country-by-Country (CbC) reporting in the EU. As previously reported, a public consultation on the draft regulation was launched in August 2024. As compared to the original draft, the revised draft includes revisions to the applicable definitions and the rules on mark-ups.
