The European Parliament has published a response from the European Commission regarding concerns with Poland's draft Law for Advertising Tax on Digital and Conventional Advertising. The initial draft law includes a tax rate of 5% on digital advertising and rates of 2% to 15% on conventional advertising depending on the amount of advertising revenue, with increased rates for advertising of specified goods.
