The European Commission has published the key decisions of its September 2021 infringements package. With respect to taxation, this includes letters of formal notice sent to Cyprus regarding ATAD interest rules, to the Czech Republic (Czechia) regarding ATAD hybrid mismatch rules, and to Greece regarding car taxation.
