Ecuador's Internal Revenue Service (SRI) has issued Resolution NAC-DGERCGC25-0000000001, which establishes the rules for the optional 12-month payment plan for outstanding tax balances introduced by the Organic Law for Financial Relief and Economic Strengthening of Generations in Ecuador. As previously reported, the law provided an option for taxpayers with outstanding tax balances up to 31 October 2024 to apply for a 12-month payment plan with interest adjustments.
