The Council conclusions on the revised EU list of non-cooperative jurisdictions for tax purposes (C/2024/1804) were published in the Official Journal of the EU on 26 February 2024, including the removal of the Bahamas, Belize, the Seychelles, and the Turks and Caicos Islands as non-cooperative jurisdictions (Annex I). The revised list was adopted on 20 February 2024 and is now official with its publication in the Official Journal.
