The Dutch Government has launched a public consultation on a draft bill for the implementation of the 15% Pillar 2 global minimum tax, the Minimum Tax Act 2024. The draft bill is based on the latest compromise text of the Draft Council Directive on ensuring a global minimum level of taxation for multinational groups in the European Union, which has been approved by all EU Member States, except for Hungary.
