The Dominican Republic's Directorate General of Internal Revenue (DGII) has additional notices on further measures being taken in response to COVID-19, including further deadline extensions. Notice 36-20 Notice 36-20 provides that for all taxpayers that have a tax payment agreement in force as of 1 April 2020, the payments due in April, May, and June 2020 are automatically extended by three months. Notice 37-20 Notice 37-20 provides an exemption from the payment of advance income tax (ISR) for the March 2020 period, which would normally be due 15 April 2020.
