On 3 December 2020, the Danish parliament approved the Law amending the Corporation Tax Act and various other acts (Bill L 28). The final approved version is in line with the draft version submitted in October. One of the main measures of the Law provides for new rules on permanent establishment based on OECD recommendations so that the Danish rules are brought in line with international standards.
