Medium-sized taxpayers (Sp.: “Grandes Locales y Medianos”) must issue and receive e-invoices as of 15 May 2025.   Taxpayers not appearing on the list of big or medium-sized companies will be required to start issuing and receiving e-invoices from 15 May 2026.
