Starting 1 January 2025, all suppliers contracted by ACP must issue exclusively e-invoices.   Furthermore, DGI issued Resolution 201-3162, obliging taxpayers to issue only e-invoices for purchases done by the Electoral Tribunal (Sp.: Tribunal Electoral) as of 1 January 2025.   Both resolutions are available here (in Spanish).
