Officials from the Czech Republic and Kenya are scheduled to hold the third round of negotiations for an income tax treaty from 20 to 23 January 2025. The first round of negotiations was held in April 2023 and the second round was held in September 2023. Any resulting treaty will be the first of its kind between the two countries and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
