Officials from the Czech Republic and Kenya are scheduled to hold the second round of negotiations for an income tax treaty from 4 to 7 September 2023. The first round of negotiations was held in April 2023. Any resulting treaty will be the first of its kind between the two countries and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
