Cyprus has published the Confirmation and Collection of Taxes (Extension Deadline for Submission of Tax Return) Decree of 2021 in the 12 March 2021 edition of the Official Gazette. The Decree provides that the deadline for submitting the company tax return (Form TD4) for the 2019 tax year is extended until 30 September 2021. Under standard rules, the deadline would be 31 March of the second year following the tax year (i.e., 31 March 2021).
