On 20 December 2017, Curaçao joined the Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent BEPS (MLI) by way of a communication from the Kingdom of the Netherlands. According to Curaçao's provisional list of reservations and notifications, the MLI is to cover Curaçao's tax treaties with Malta and Norway. Neither country has included those treaties as covered agreements in their provisions lists, but that may change when the definitive versions are deposited with the OECD.
