Curacao has published the Ministerial regulation of 16 November 2020, which amends the regulation on formal tax law to require the electronic submission of returns. This includes that persons obliged to keep records, with or without employees, are required to submit payroll tax, sales tax, and profit tax returns electronically with effect from 1 January 2021.
