Curacao's Ministry of Finance introduced a new penalty policy in July 2019 for non-compliance with requests for information in relation to international assistance for the collection of taxes. This includes that for entities and natural persons carrying on a business, failing to comply with a request for information will result in a penalty of ANG 100,000, which is increased by AMG 37,500 if no information is provided at all.
