Curacao has published an 18 June 2020 decision of the Minister of Finance providing a deferral of the deadline for the filing of corporate income tax returns and payment for the year ended 31 December 2019. The decision provides that because the digital portal for the filing of returns was only made available from the first week of June, the deadline for filing and payment is extended from 30 June 2020 to 31 July 2020.
