Curacao's Ministry of Finance has reportedly approved a proposal from the Minister of Finance for the introduction of an ANG 2,500 tax credit for otherwise compliant taxpayers with small tax debts. The credit would be available for all taxpayers and be used to offset various tax liabilities. In cases where a taxpayer has no current tax debts or an excess credit remains, the tax credit (excess) would be retained for up to 2 years to cover future tax obligations.
