Voters in the U.S. state of Colorado have approved Proposition 121, which provides for a reduction in the state income tax rate from 4.55% to 4.40% for tax years commencing on or after 1 January 2022. This rate applies for both corporate and individual income tax purposes. The rate was previously reduced from 4.63% to 4.55% from 2020.
