The Colombian Tax Court has recently ruled that assets of a Colombian taxpayer held in Andean Community Countries (Bolivia, Ecuador and Peru) may be excluded from Colombia's net worth tax. However, if no taxes are levied on such assets in the country in which they are located, net worth tax can still apply.
