On 15 March 2019, India's Ministry of Finance announced that a bilateral competent authority arrangement for the exchange of Country-by-Country (CbC) reports with the U.S. has been finalized and will be signed on or before 31 March 2019. The pending signing of an arrangement has also been confirmed in an update to the IRS Country-by-Country Reporting Jurisdiction Status Table.
