According to an update to the IRS Country-by-Country Reporting Jurisdiction Status Table, the competent authority arrangement on the exchange of Country-by-Country (CbC) Reports between Greece and the U.S. became operative (effective) on 21 May 2018. The arrangement, signed 27 September 2017, provides for the exchange of CbC reports with respect to reporting fiscal years beginning on or after 1 January 2016, with the first exchanges to take place by the end of June 2018.
