Guernsey and the Turks and Caicos Islands signed a non-reciprocal bilateral competent authority agreement on the exchange of Country-by-Country (CbC) reports on 24 September 2018 and 19 September 2018, respectively.  The agreement will come into effect on the date the Turks and Caicos Islands has provided notification that it has the necessary laws in place to require reporting entities to file a CbC report (has not implemented yet but is committed as a BEPS Inclusive Framework member).
