On 4 March 2019, the Cape Verde National Assembly announced its approval of a proposed resolution for the ratification of the pending income tax treaty with Senegal. The treaty, signed 26 April 2018, is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged. Details of the treaty will be published once available.
