Cameroon has published the Finance Law for 2019 (Law No. 2018/022 of 11 December 2018), which introduced the following tax-related amendments: The introduction of transfer pricing measures for customs duties purposes so that arm's length adjustments may be introduced to the pricing of goods acquired from related parties; The introduction of a requirement for a VAT withholding certificate to deduct any VAT withheld; The introduction of a deadline of 1 month for the tax authorities to begin a tax audit validating a VAT refund following the submission of a VAT refund application by a company classified as a high-risk taxpayer;...
