On 28 July 2022, Cambodia's National Assembly (lower house of Parliament) approved the ratification of the pending income tax treaty with Macao. The treaty, signed 23 April 2021, is the first of its kind between the two jurisdictions and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged.
