Bermuda has published an updated Bermuda Tax Information Reporting Portal User Guide dated 27 May 2024. The purpose of the guide is to provide an overview of the most commonly used functionality in the Bermuda Tax Information Reporting Portal with respect to Reporting Entities meeting their reporting obligations under the OECD's Common Reporting Standard (CRS) and Country-by-Country (CbC) Reporting. This includes, among other things, enrollment, logging in and updating details, submission of CRS and CbC filings, reviewing and correcting errors indicated by jurisdictions receiving CRS and CbC filings, reviewing previously submitted filings, etc.
