The Dutch Ministry of Finance has published the Benelux agreement to combat tax fraud, which was signed together with Belgium and Luxembourg on 10 October 2019 and sent to the Dutch parliament on 16 October. The agreement provides for the participation in digital projects that allow for the exchange of information between the Benelux countries in the area of tax fraud and allows for joint studies to be conducted by the countries in the detection of tax fraud. The agreement entered into force the day it was signed.
