The Belarus Ministry of Finance has announced the issuance of Decree No. 93 of 14 March 2022 on additional measures to ensure the stable functioning of the economy. The decree empowers the government to take several different actions in response to the sanctions imposed on Belarus by foreign states. This includes powers to change deadlines for the payment of taxes and fees, postpone deadlines for fulfilling loan obligations, and take other actions to provide support for negatively affected industries.
