The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) has announced the availability of the reportable tax position schedule and instructions for 2025. Companies are generally required to complete and lodge a reportable tax position schedule if total business income in the current year is either AUD 250 million or more, or AUD 25 million or more and the company is part of an economic group with total business income of AUD 250 million or more.
