The Australian Treasury announced (via X) that officials from Australia and Colombia held the second round of negotiations for an income tax treaty during the week of 14 November 2023. The first round of negotiations was held in June 2023. Any resulting treaty will be the first of its kind between the two countries and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
